    No sexual activity, intercourse, or penetration of any kind is included, implied, or permitted in any service.

  3. Consent & Liability

    • A consent form must be signed prior to each session.

    • A liability waiver releasing The Sensuous Siren from any related claims is also required.

  4. Right to Discontinue
    Either party may end the session at any time if discomfort or misalignment arises.

  5. Confidentiality
    All interactions remain strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

  6. Eligibility
    Clients must be at least 21 years of age.

  7. Ethical Standards
    I uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all offerings.

  8. Payment Terms

    • Accepted methods: Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, and PayPal.

    • Refunds are only available if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

  9. Deposits

    • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.

    • The remaining balance is due before or at the start of your session.

    • Rescheduling is permitted once if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  10. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

    • A 25% fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows.

  11. Health & Wellness Screening
    Clients must disclose any relevant physical or mental health conditions in advance.

  12. Session Location
    Sessions may take place at my designated space or at a client’s location. If travel is required, all associated expenses (travel, meals, lodging, etc.) are the client’s responsibility.
