About Àmìọlá
Born Ayotunde Fashola, in Lagos. Nigeria, I embraced the name Àmìọlá Ifáṣọlá in the summer of 2024 after a sacred woman’s rites of passage initiation, reclaiming my birthright as the first-born daughter of my lineage, and the next in line to pass down feminine wisdom. The transformation marked a profound step into my sovereignty, honoring my connection to Ọ̀ṣun, the orisha of love, beauty, fertility, and sensuality. My journey has been one of reclaiming my body, my pleasure, and my divine feminine power, guiding me to create spaces where others can connect with their own sacred essence.
Family, society, and circumstances did all it could to control my body, my energy, my womanhood. I carried disconnection from my root and sacral, feeling the weight of life in ways that were both visible and invincible. Through surgery, healing, and intentional spiritual practice, I began to reclaim my vitality. Slowly, the life force of my feminine energy returned, and with it, the courage to feel, to move, and to honor myself fully.
In 2017, I participated in a six-week sensuality immersion called The Freedom Series, where I reconnected with the spark my grandmothers had passed down— a spark of resilience, intuition, and unbroken lineage. Isolation, manipulation, and exploitation tested me, especially during COVID, but Ọ̀ṣun and my ancestors held me, guiding me back to my body, my sovereignty, and my pleasure.
Through slow, sensual, sacred movement and ritual, I reclaimed my root and sacral energies, embodying the fullness of my feminine power. In 2023, I left corporate life behind, returned to Dallas to restore myself, and set course to Lisbon—a home where love, liberation, desire, and elevated pleasure can flourish.
Today, my work honors Ọ̀ṣun—orisha of sweet waters, love, beauty, fertility, and sensuality. Through my offerings—from embodied pleasure practices to intuitive readings—I invite women to reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their divine feminine power, and experience the depth and joy of life flowing freely.
